Welcome to Phoenix Children’s Hospital Pediatric Dermatology website! If you are interested in learning about our fellowship program you are in the right place.
It is a great time to be a pediatric dermatologist as new treatments for common diseases and advances in technology enable us to offer more options to our patients. With the nationwide shortage of those entering the field, job opportunities are abound and salaries for pediatric dermatologists continue to improve and compete more with our generalist colleagues.
The fellowship at Phoenix Children’s Hospital has now become what I like to call, the “complete package”. The department of dermatology has now moved into our brand new large patient tower and with the addition of over 300 beds, we are now one of the largest children’s hospital in the country and the only exclusively pediatric full-time dermatology practice in the state. Because of this, we get to see a wide and amazing range of skin pathology—it makes every day interesting and challenging!
