On December 19, 2006, Phoenix Children's Hospital made significant improvements in their hiring process by installing a state of the art employment application system. We are proud to say that the transition was very successful.

All applicants passwords have been reset to the word "password." When logging in, please type password in the password field.

If you are unable to log in to our new system, simply enter the e-mail address you used when you originally applied and then click on "forgot password." A replacement password will be e-mailed to you. The first time you log in with the replacement password, you will be prompted to change that to a permanent password of your own choosing.

All candidates applying prior to December 20, 2006 should review their entire record for completeness and make any updates required.
