Dr. Rhee is a pediatric cardiologist and electrophysiologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of heart rhythm abnormalities in children and in young adults with congenital heart disease. He performs radiofrequency and cryothermal catheter ablation of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), Wolff, Parkinson, White syndrome (WPW), ventricular tachycardia (VT) and other heart rhythm abnormalities. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and is certified by the Heart Rhythm Society as a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS). Dr Rhee also implants pacemakers (PM), and internal cardioverter defibrillators (ICD) in people with heart failure or who are at risk of sudden death from other cardiomyopathies and genetic heart rhythm disorders.
