Parking FAQs

Where do I park?

There are two free parking garages and one parking lot (ED only) for patients and visitors (view large campus map).

If you are coming to the Main or East Buildings, park in the Thomas Garage West.

If you are going to the Ambulatory Building or Rosenberg Children's Medical Plaza, park in the Cambridge Garage.

If you are going to our Emergency Department, park in the Emergency parking lot.

Do you have curbside drop-off and pick-up?

Yes, we have curbside drop-off and pick-up in front of every building.

Do you have valet parking?

Valet parking is no longer available.

Why?

Valet parking was implemented to ease access during construction. Since we’ve opened the new Thomas Garage West adjacent to the Main Building, the campus has generous parking close to each building.

What if I have appointments in the Main Building and another building on campus, in the same day?

You can walk from the Main Building to the East Building through the public (north) connector. If you exit the East Building to the south, you can access both the Ambulatory Building and the Rosenberg Children’s Medical Plaza.

Another option is to move your vehicle to the Cambridge Garage.

Where is the delivery area for authorized vendors?

All deliveries are directed to the loading dock on the south side of the campus (on 18th Place, in between Cambridge Avenue and Windsor Street)  View the map.
