How to create your CarePage

To create a CarePage, go to the website at www.carepages.com/phoenixchildrens.

Click on the link at the top left of the window that says "create."  Just follow the step-by-step process to get your site up and running.

If you need assistance, our staff at The Emily Center is available to help. The Emily Center is located on the 1st floor of the Hospital, just north of the cafeteria. You can also call them at (602) 546-1400.
