The Leadership Circle is a diverse group of civic-minded community leaders who pool their donated dollars, and vote on how that money will be distributed throughout Phoenix Children's Hospital. One hundred percent of contributions directly support the children and families at Phoenix Children's.

Each spring, Leadership Circle members attend a luncheon on the Phoenix Children's campus where potential recipients of Leadership Circle funds present their case for support. Following the luncheon, each member of the Leadership Circle casts their vote as to how they would like Leadership Circle funds to be allocated.

Last year, the Leadership Circle chose to fund equipment, research and programs that will assist our cancer, diabetes and HIV patients. They also chose to spend a portion on new bedside sleepers for parents who spend the night here with their children.
