Strive for Zero Campaign – Preventable Codes Outside of ICUs – two lifelike simulation manikins to replicate real-life emergency situations and clinical scenarios,  improving quality, safety, and education

Metabolic Cart to Measure Energy Needs of Patients  in Intensive Care Units – a device to measure the energy needs of patients with complex health issues in intensive care units, enabling determination of exact nutritional needs of children

NM3 Monitors - to assist in the care of children on ventilators, allowing optimal decisions without injuring lungs

Optimizing Anticoagulation and Blood Product Administration through Utilization Thromboelastography  two analyzers to obtain rapid, real-time information that can guide blood product replacement therapy

 

Junior Brainbook Concussion Education - an online educational program with a social network interface to educate young athletes about signs, symptoms, and prevention of concussion


What is Leadership Circle?

Leadership Circle members from throughout the community each give $1,000 (or more) annually, pool their donations, then vote to decide which grants actually receive funding – a fun, high-impact way to give.  Voting occurs at the annual Luncheon, April 11.
