Diagnosis:

Sebastian was born 10 weeks early weighing only 2 pounds 5 ounces. He was transferred to the Phoenix Children's Newborn ICU at 15 days old.

Sebastian had very little muscle tone, failure to thrive, had difficulty sucking, swallowing and breathing.

He later was diagnosed with diagnosed with Prader Willi Syndrome.

More than 13 physicians are involved in Sebastian's care.
